▣웨딩 메이크업 (Wedding make-up)
1. 주제 : 자유
2. 내용
※이 경기는 메이크업 유행의 흐름을 응용하여 우아하고 아름다운 신부의 이미지를 최대한 살려내도록 한다.
3. 대회장 입장 시 헤어스타일은 완성을 하고 입장한다.
4. 의상
1)청소년부 : 흰색 탑 또는로맨틱 브라우스, 하의는 흰색 통일(바지&치마)
2)일반부 : 신부의 이미지에 맞는 웨딩드레스는 반드시 착용하되 웨딩드레스는 심사 점수에 포함되지 않는다.(베일착용 불가)
5. 감정의 경우
※ 모델이 퍼머넌트 메이크업(반영구 화장)이 되어있는 경우(10점 감점)
※ 속눈썹을 사전에 붙이거나 속눈썹 연장술을 한 경우(10점 감점)
※ 시간엄수(5점 감점)
6. 심사기준 : 사전준비(10), 피부표현(윤곽수정)(20), 색상의 조화(새도, 립, 치크)(20), 선의 균형(아이브로우, 아이라이너, 속눈썹, 립라인)(20), 완성도(30)

▣아트웨딩 (Art Wedding make-up)
1. 주제 : 자유(주제 없음)
2. 내용
※이 경기는 메이크업 유행의 흐름을 응용하여 우아하고 아름다운 신부의 이미지를 최대한 살려내도록 한다.
※신부의 이미지에 맞는 웨딩드레스는 반드시 착용하되 웨딩드레스는 심사 점수에 포함 되지 않는다.(베일착용 불가)

▣ 환타지 메이크업 (Fantasy make-up)
1. 주제 : 우주와 자연
2. 모델은 헤어와 의상을 완성하고 대회장에 입장한다.
3. 장식 : 작품의 표현에 있어서 주제에 맞는 장식품(오브제)은 가능하다.
4. 심사기준 : 사전준비 및 뒷정리(10) 예술성(20), 창작성(20), 테크닉(20), 완성도(30)
※선수는 주제에 맞는 메이크업 스타일을 완성하며 작품이 주제에 맞는 조화를 이루 도록 한다.
･ 창작성 - 장르에 맞는 독창적인 이미지 심사
･ 예술성 - 작품 컨셉에 맞는 미적 이미지 심사
･ 테크닉 - 표현하고자 하는 컨셉을 정확히 표현하는 정교한 기술력 심사

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Registration 등록
The hosting Section and CIDESCO International must receive a list of participants,
their theme and synopsis in English at least 1,5 months prior to the competition.
주최 섹션과 씨데스코 인터네셔널은 참가자 명단, 그들의 영문으로 된 주제와 개요를 적어도 대회 1달 반 전에 받아야 한다.
There are two categories:

Upon registration the participants must sign a consent form which entitles CIDESCO International to obtain the copyrig1111ht to have photographs taken during the event.
등록에 있어서, 참가자들은 대회 기간 동안 찍힌 사진들을 갖는데 필요한 저작권을 얻기 위해서, 씨데스코 인터네셔널에 그러한 권한을 주는 동의서에 사인하여야 한다.
Entry charge: 입장료
An entry fee of student Category 90,000 and Professional Category 150,000 will be charged to cover administrative costs
학생은 90,000만원 전문가는 150,000만원의 입장료는 관리비를 포함하여 부과된다.
Closing date for entries: 입장 마감일
The closing date for all competitors will be May 12, 2011.
모든 경쟁자들의 마감일은 2011년 5월 12일 이다.
Prizes: 상
A first, second and third prize will be awarded in the 2 categories. All participants will receive a CIDESCO World Congress Make-Up & Body Art Certificate of Participation. The prizes are organised and paid by CIDESCO International. The certificates are organised by the hosting Section at the cost of the hosting Section.
1,2,3등이 두 부문에서 수상된다. 모든 참가자들은 씨데스코 세계대회 메이크업과 바디 아트 경진대회 참가 증명서를 받는다. 모든 상은 씨데스코 인터네셔널이 조직하고 지불한다. 증명서는 주최 섹션의 부담으로 주최 섹션이 마련한다.
Presentation: 프리젠테이션
Candidates provide their own music which they have chosen to compliment their presentation on stage. Presentation must be no more than 2 minutes.
지원자들은 무대에서 그들의 발표를 시연하기 위하여 선택한 자신의 음악을 제공한다. 프리젠테이션은 2분이 넘어서는 안 된다.

The Jury must have the knowledge of Make-up techniques, colour, form and an understanding of
Make-up art. Rules of the Make-up Contest, Criteria for evaluation, Time schedule to be sent out prior to competition.
심사위원은 메이크업 테크닉, 색조, 형태에 대한 지식과 메이크업 아트의 이해를 보유한 자여야 한다. 메이크업 경진대회 규정, 평가 기준, 시간 스케줄은 대회 전 송부되어야 한다.
All Jury members will receive a gift of appreciation and a CIDESCO World Congress Make-Up & Body Art Jury Certificate of Participation. The certificates are organized and paid by the hosting Section.
모든 심사위원 멤버들은 감사 선물과 씨데스코 세계 대회 메이크업과 바디아트 심사위원 참가 증명을 받는다.
Organisation: 조직
1. The competition is organised by the hosting Section of the CIDESCO World Congress and Exhibition, according to Rules and Regulation. A person from the hosting Section will be responsible and have close contact with the Vice-President of CIDESCO International, who also chairs the event.
경진대회는 규정과 규칙에 의하여, 세계대회의 주최 섹션이 조직한다. 주최 섹션 관련자는 책임을 갖고 대회의 의장인 씨데스코 인터네셔널의 부회장과 긴밀히 연락하여야 한다.
2. The competition takes place in an auditorium/stage where public viewing will be allowed after the first hour (Note: requirements under preparation for participants).
대회는 처음 한 시간 후 일반 대중의 참관이 가능해질 오디토리움/무대에서 열린다. (유의사항: 참가자의 준비 정도에 따름)
3. If permitted, video and CCTV are to be provided in order to show the participants work on screens for the audience.
허락될 시, 비디오와 CCTV는 관중을 위한 스크린 상에서 참가자의 모습을 보여주기 위한 용도로 제공된다.
4. Full or spot lights are to be provided in the auditorium and a catwalk/stage to enable the audience to appreciate the full body art.
전체 혹은 스팟 라이트는 오디토리움과 관중이 전체 바디아트를 감상할 수 있는 캣워크/스테이지에서 제공되는 것이다.
5. The hosting Section shall make sure that the Trade Mark Rules of CIDESCO International are strictly followed by all parties involved in organizing the Makeup competition.
주최 섹션은 씨데스코 인터네셔널의 상표권이 엄격하게 메이크업 경진대회를 조직함에 관련된 모든 관계자들이 따라야 하는 것을 숙지하여야 한다.
6. Preparation for participants: 참가 준비
o Working area (2mx2m) on one long stage, separated by robes and bollards.
하나의 긴 무대 상에서의 작업 공간(2mx2m), 장막과 기둥과 분리
o Floor area to be protected throughout duration of competition.
대회 동안 보호될 수 있는 마루 면적
o Good lighting and well ventilated work area is important.
양호한 조명과 잘 통풍이 잘되는 작업 공간은 중요함.
o Clear NO SMOKING signs visible.
명확한 금연 표기
o Table with 3 high chairs and bowl of water (changed during the competition).

Each participant must have a name badge and number.
각 참가자는 반드시 이름 표와 번호를 보유해야 한다.
The number must correspond with the number on the table. (S1, S2, P1, P2 etc.)

8. The Jury meets 30 minutes before the actual competition begins. Introduction of Jury by Vice-President.
심사위원은 실제 대회 시작 30분 전에 만난다. 심사원의 소개는 부회장에 의해 이루어짐
9. Introduction of the Jury to the competitors.
참가자들에게 심사위원 소개
10. Jury checks model’s face and skin before she/he enters contest premises.
심사위원들은 모델의 얼굴 피부를 체크하는데 이는 모델들이 대회장으로 입장하기 전에 이루어져야 한다.
11. Competition begins at 10:00 clock, table water, chairs to be made available for the Jury.
대회는10시에 시작하고 시계, 테이블 워터(식탁용 광천수), 의자 등이 심사위원을 위하여 마련되어있어야 한다.
12. Smoking is not allowed in the room.
흡연은 실내에서 금지된다.
13. Lunch will be provided by the organisers, during the course of the competition.
대회 과정 동안에는 조직위원들이 점심을 마련한다.
14. Members of the Jury may leave the competition premises (but not at the same time).
심사위원들은 대회장을 떠날 수 있다. (그러나 동시에는 불가)
15. Jury walks around the contest premises to see that everything is done by the rules.
심사위원들은 모든 것이 규정대로 잘 진행되는지 확인하기 위하여 대회장을 돌아다닌다.
16. On completion of the competition, competitors and models position themselves for the final examination. Rehears positions of models/competitor and procedure on stage.
대회 종료에 있어, 참가자들과 모델은 그들 스스로 최종 시험을 위하여 위치를 정해있는다. 무대 위 모델과 참가자의 리허설 위치와 절차.
17. Introduction of the Jury to the audience.
관중에게 심사위원 소개
18. On completion of the final judging, photographers and press may take pictures.
마지막 판정 결정 중에, 사진사와 언론인들은 사진을 찍을 수 있다.
19. The competition is open to the public for viewing after the first hour. No visitors should be allowed to enter the working area. No nudes. No photography is allowed whilst body painting is in progress except for the video montage.
경진대회는 처음 한 시간 이후에 대중에게 오픈된다. 어떠한 방문자도 작업 공간으로의 입장이 허락되지 않는다. 누드는 불가. 어떠한 사진도 비디오 편집을 제외하고 바디 페인팅이 진행되는 동안 허락되지 않는다.
RULES OF BODY ART COMPETITION – Duration 5 hours

Competitors: 참가자
a) Must receive CIDESCO Make-up Rules on registration and provide a brief synopsis in English 1,5 months prior to the competition.
등록 관련 씨데스코 메이크업 규정과 영문 개요를 대회 전 한달 반전에 받아 보아야 한다.
b) Competitors note: there is a limit to the size of your presentation (maximum 2 minutes) – please advise the organisers on registration, the size of your presentation.
참가자 유의사항: 프리젠테이션 사이즈에 제한이 있음 (최대 2분) – 등록과 프리젠테이션 사이즈를 조직위원회 관련자에게 알리시기 바랍니다.
c) Every competitor must have their own model and wear name and number.
모든 참가자는 그들 자신의 모델을 보유하고 이름과 번호를 갖고 있어야한다.
d) The competitor takes care of all equipment, materials (tissue paper, cotton wool etc.) and other expenses concerning the contest.
참가자는 모든 장비, 자료 (티슈, 솜, 양모 등) 그리고 대회와 관련한 모든 비용을 부담한다.
e) The competitors must have complete working plans ready on display during the whole process. One competitor number must be displayed on the table.
참가자들은 모든 과정 동안 시연하는데 준비된 완전한 작업 계획을 갖고 있어야 한다. 참가자의 번호는 반드시 테이블 위에 명시되어야 한다.
f) Make-up must be applied to clean skin, which has been moisturised. False eyelashes and additional may be applied under supervision of the Jury. Any other preliminary work is forbidden and maximum of 3 attachments.
메이크업은 반드시 깨끗한 피부에 적용하고 수분공급이 되어야 한다. 인조 속눈썹과 그 밖에 추가적인 것들은 심사위원의 감시 하에 적용되어야 한다. 어떠한 다른 사전 준비는 엄격이 금지 되어있고 첨가되는 물품은 최대 3개로 한정한다.
g) Competitors will leave their work area during the final judging.
참가자들은 마지막 판정 동안 그들의 작업 공간을 떠날 것이다.
h) Only models, competitors, members of the Jury and other officials may move around the contest area. Competitors may have one assistant bur she/he is not allowed to stay on contest premises.
오직 모델, 참가자, 심사위원들 그리고 임원들만 대회 장소 주변에 돌아 다닐 수 있다. 참가자들은 한 명의 보조를 갖을 수 있지만 대회 장에 상주하는 것은 금지 된다.
i) Competitors must work independently; models or other persons are not allowed to assist competitors.
참가자들은 독립적으로 임해야 한다; 모델과 다른 사람들은 절대 도울 수 없다.
j) Air-brush technique is not permitted.
에어브러쉬 기술은 허용되지 않는다.
k) No nudes are allowed.
어떠한 누드도 허용되지 않는다.
l) Contestants must agree to comply with the Rules and Regulations of the CIDESCO World Make-up & Body Art competition 2011 On behalf of the Board of Directors of CIDESCO International, the Jury makes a decision, on which is final.
경진대회는 반드시 씨데스코 인터네셔널의 임원단을 대표하여 2011 씨데스코 세계대회 메이크업과 바디아트 경진대회의 규정과 규칙에 따라져야하고, 심사위원이 최종 결정을 내린다.
m) Upon registration the participants must sign a consent form which entitles CIDESCO International the copyright to photographs taken during the event.
등록에 있어서, 참가자들은 대회 동안 찍힐 사진에 대한 저작권이 씨데스코 인터네셔널에 권한이 있음에 대한 동의서에 사인하여야 한다.
Marking: 채점
The Jury pays attention to the following points:
심사위원은 다음과 같은 부분에 주목한다.
•Use of colour and techniques 40 색과 테크닉의 사용 40

•Interpretation of theme, synopsis, artist’s approach and completeness 20
주제의 해석, 개요, 아티스트의 접근 및 완성도 20
•Final result (including hairstyling, costume, accessories etc) 20

•Presentation and choreography 10 프리젠테이션과 안무 10
The completed make-up is shown to the audience according to the choreography designed by the competitor.
완성된 메이크업은 참가자가 디자인한 안무에 따라서 대중에게 보여져야 한다.
All competitors begin and end their work at the same time. Time for judging is 15 minutes.
모든 참가자는 동시에 시작하고 마쳐야한다. 판정 시간은 15분이다.
In each category 3 of the best works will be rewarded.
각 부분에서 최고 작품 3개가 수상받는다.
Note: The organisers will provide full or spot lights in the auditorium and a catwalk/stage to enable the audience to appreciate the full body art.
조직위원회는 오디토리움과 관중이 전체 바디아트를 감상할 수 있는 캣워크/스테이지 안의 전체 혹은 스팟 라이트를 제공할 것이다.

CANCELLATION 취소 규정
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances the hosting Section is responsible for the total cost that Participants, Models or Jury members may have had preparing for the event.
예기치 못한 상황에 의한 취소에 있어서, 주최 섹션은 대회를 준비해온 참가자, 모델 혹은 심사위원들에 관련한 모든 비용을 책임진다.
The Section is financially responsible for the entire organisation of the Body & Make-up Art competition as described in the Rules and Regulation above.
그 섹션은 상기의 규정과 규칙에 설명된 바와 같이, 바디와 메이크업 아트 경진대회의 전체 조직에 재정적인 책임을 갖고 있다.
CIDESCO International reserves the right to cancel the Make-up competition at any time if the hosting Section does not comply with the attached Rules and Regulations or if the CIDESCO World Congress and Exhibition is cancelled for any reason under clause 8.2 of the Congress Agreement.
씨데스코 인터네셔널을 만약 주최 섹션이 첨부된 규정과 규칙을따르지 않을 경우 언제든지 경진대회를 취소활 권리를 갖고 있으며 씨데스코 세계 대회 계약 조항 8.2 하에 해당하는 이유로 인하여 취소 될 수 있다.
In the event of cancellation by CIDESCO International or by the hosting Section, the Section remains fully responsible financially and otherwise.
씨데스코 인터네셔널 혹은 주최 섹션에 의한 취소의 경우, 그 섹션은 완전히 재정적, 다른 부분과 관련한 책임을 갖는다.
